Back on track. The class was definitely easier than yesterday's. I was able to enjoy my 2 favorite poses, Eagle ( garurasana) and Camel Pose (Ustrasana) which I could not finish yesterday. A slight painful sensation next to my right rib when doing rabbit pose (sasangasana). No, I don't have all the names of the asanas memorized yet but I am working on it. Looking forward to tomorrow's class.
On a separate note, I didn't have the chance to run this afternoon :( Family run is part of my weekend routine. Will need to work twice as hard tomorrow.
